  • Shopping service (15% added to basic grocery cost)

General Terms & Conditions

  • All pricing is subject to villa availability.
  • All rates are all subject to 11% government tax. Gratuities for service staff are discretional. In the Turks and Caicos, a 15% gratuity on restaurant services is typical.
  • Rates do not include meals.
  • All bookings include return VIP airport transfers.
  • Each booking is guaranteed exclusive occupancy of Amazing Grace. No other clients or groups will be booked at the villa during any type of booking, including last minute bookings.
  • Please remember special permission to stage events at Amazing Grace must be given by the management in writing. A rental booking does not necessarily mean an event will be accepted. Please contact us for any conditions or additional costs.

Broadband Internet Access Hardwire connection and wireless LAN available. Inclusive in rates.
Babysitting By a professional babysitter. Approximate cost is US$15 per hour (rate may change depending on the babysitter that is available).
